Document Required for Minor Passport (Normal)
Proof of Present Address:
· Parent’s passport copy, in case of minors(First and last page).
· School bonafide certificate with photo & address.
· Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or any office authorized to issue Birth and Death Certificate by the Registrar of Births & Deaths.
· A Declaration affirming the particulars furnished in the application about the minor as per: Annexure ‘H’.
· Attested photocopy of Passport of both or either parent.
Time Duration: 15-30 days.
